Oversee and validate financial modeling and commercial structuring using advanced tools, ensuring alignment with EY's profitability frameworks. Synthesize sales, price, and solution insights into actionable intelligence and refine pricing strategies. A successful candidate will possess extensive experience with a wide range of pricing and commercial strategies within professional services, emphasizing value-based pricing and competitive positioning. Strong collaboration and relationship management skills are essential for navigating matrix organizations and delivering high-quality outcomes amidst conflicting interests. Executive-level communication and negotiation abilities are required to influence senior stakeholders and clearly articulate differentiated value propositions. Natural coaching skills, the ability to facilitate discussions, handle difficult conversations, and influence without authority are highly valued. Independence, autonomy, innovation, and creativity are key attributes. Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and the capacity to prioritize strategic decisions under ambiguity and high-stakes timelines are critical. A graduate degree in finance, accounting, statistics, engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 6 years of relevant experience in professional services (pricing, commercials, strategy, FP&A) is necessary. Advanced Excel proficiency with expert financial modeling skills is mandatory. MBA and/or financial certifications like CFA, CMA, or CPA are highly advantageous. Fluency in English is required. Experience in solution architecture or design is a significant plus.
