This role focuses on transforming complex financial, operational, and market data into actionable insights for leadership. You will drive enterprise-wide priorities by identifying trends, developing hypotheses, evaluating strategic options, and crafting compelling executive narratives. Lead high-impact engagements focused on growth, financial performance, market expansion, operating models, workforce, and transformation initiatives. Frame critical business questions, formulate hypotheses, and structure analyses that go beyond reporting to uncover drivers and implications. Analyze key financial and operational metrics, build robust financial models and business cases, and synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable recommendations. Develop executive-ready presentations with strong storytelling and present insights to senior leaders, refining analysis based on feedback.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, strategy, business planning, or a related analytical field is required. A professional qualification or postgraduate degree such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) is essential. You must have substantial hands-on experience in financial analysis, modeling, and performance diagnostics, coupled with proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for delivering senior-level recommendations. Experience managing large datasets and integrating diverse information sources into coherent insights is also crucial. The ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional insight deliverables from inception to executive communication is key.
