This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the Talent agenda for a business unit, serving as a primary point of contact for leadership on various talent-related matters. You will be instrumental in driving and implementing engagement initiatives, enhancing workforce capability, and advancing talent management strategies.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing and delivering a sustainable engagement framework, providing business leaders with implementation support for engagement initiatives, and cultivating and managing the talent consulting team. You will proactively identify and address business unit needs, act as a coach to leaders on people strategy, and offer insights on employee relations issues. Furthermore, you will ensure professional delivery of people management and development activities, execute innovative HR programs, and facilitate the successful adoption of special projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses a Graduate or Post-graduate qualification in Business or Human Resources, coupled with 12-15 years of comprehensive HR generalist experience, including performance management and employee relations. Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams is essential.

Desirable qualifications include professional accreditation or HR specialization certification, experience within a consulting or professional services environment, and familiarity with cross-border and virtual work settings.
