Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the asset database.

Execute IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, including IMACS (Install, Move, Add, Change, Subtract) and other related workflows.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data for effective hardware asset inventory management.

Utilize data analysis tools like MS Excel and MS Access for inventory reconciliation and reporting.

Perform data validation between asset inventory and various other data sources to maintain accuracy.

Generate timely and precise operational reports, including ad-hoc requests, to support business needs.

Identify operational challenges and propose constructive improvement ideas.

Proven experience in end-to-end hardware asset management, including IMACS processes.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as MS Access and MS Excel.

Ability to perform data reconciliation and generate operational reports effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage asset records throughout their lifecycle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
