Develop and implement comprehensive Hardware Asset Management processes, covering the entire lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. This includes managing leased assets and maintaining accurate records in the asset database. You will also be responsible for conducting asset management audits, analyzing client contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of asset-related reports.

Key duties involve collaborating with stakeholders to improve customer experience, analyzing data for accuracy, and identifying best practices. This role requires direct interaction with clients and internal teams to gather data and resolve anomalies, ensuring all operational efficiencies are met.

A proven track record in end-to-end Hardware Asset Management, including IMACs, retirements, and disposals, is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Access and MS Excel is required. The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction, is vital.

Candidates should be adept at analyzing contracts, managing leased assets, and generating detailed asset reports. Experience in identifying and documenting best practices to drive continuous improvement within the asset management function is also expected.
