Shape customer transformation into Frontier Firms by integrating AI and agents into their core business operations. This role focuses on connecting system architecture to crucial metrics like cost, quality, performance, and overall value. You will leverage Azure AI and TokenOps capabilities to address the unique challenges and opportunities within Asia's diverse markets, languages, regulatory landscapes, and technology environments.

Spearhead AI and TokenOps initiatives across Asia by translating customer priorities and market dynamics into actionable strategies. Lead client workshops, drive architectural decisions across various regions, and design sophisticated Azure AI Foundry architectures. You will also define model routing and evaluation strategies, develop robust observability frameworks, and translate technical choices into clear economic outcomes for executive stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on embedding enterprise security and Responsible AI principles while navigating local data sovereignty and AI regulations.

A technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with over 8 years in customer-facing cloud or AI solution architecture is essential. Proven delivery leadership across multiple Asian markets is required, including experience with customer workshops, pilots, and production roadmaps. Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, AI, agent, and RAG solutions is critical. You should possess a strong understanding of model routing, TokenOps observability, FinOps unit economics, and core architecture skills in data, API, identity, network, and security. Effective communication with executive and engineering teams is paramount.
