We are seeking a seasoned AS400 Senior Technical Lead to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role demands extensive hands-on programming expertise and a strong understanding of enterprise system architecture.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical applications, ensuring their performance and reliability within the manufacturing domain.

Key responsibilities include spearheading technical design, gathering and analyzing requirements, and assisting in the development of manufacturing functionalities. You will also be responsible for managing production issues, debugging, and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.

Proficiency in JIRA and change management tools is expected, along with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles. Experience in the manufacturing domain is highly preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of intensive programming experience with AS400 is essential. Core technical skills include deep expertise in DB2/400, RPG/400, CL/400, ILE/400, and SQL/400.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and general SDLC principles is required. Experience in a manufacturing domain is a significant advantage. Optional but beneficial skills include experience with Infor XA, IDF Development, and System Link.
