Seeking an experienced Infor XA Technical Consultant with a solid background in AS400 development and Infor XA ERP. This role requires hands-on experience in application development, production support, and understanding manufacturing business processes within enterprise settings.

Key technical proficiencies include AS400 technologies like DB2/400, RPG/400, CL/400, ILE/400, and SQL/400. Familiarity with Infor XA ERP, IDF Development, and System Link is essential.

The core responsibilities involve analyzing business requirements and delivering effective technical solutions within the Infor XA framework. This includes participating in requirement gathering, solution design, and collaborating closely with business users, functional consultants, and project teams.

Key duties encompass developing, enhancing, and maintaining AS400 applications using RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL. You will also be responsible for designing and supporting integrations via Infor XA IDF and System Link, handling production support, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving job failures.

We are looking for individuals adept at root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and adhering to Agile development practices and sprint activities. Proficiency in using JIRA for task tracking and project coordination is expected, alongside a strong understanding of SDLC processes, coding standards, and documentation.
