Join our Enterprise Applications team as an AS400 Developer. This role is for a Technical Specialist focused on enhancing and maintaining enterprise applications. You will be instrumental in the design, development, and support of critical systems within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, performing analysis, and assisting in the design of manufacturing functionality processes. You will work within an Agile development methodology and be responsible for handling production issues, job messaging, and debugging.

Experience with JIRA software and any Change Management Tool is essential. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is also required. Experience in the manufacturing domain is preferred, adding significant value to this role.

A minimum of 4 years of robust, hands-on programming experience with AS400 is mandatory. Proficiency in DB2/400, RPG/400, CL/400, ILE/400, and SQL/400 is essential.

Candidates should be comfortable working with Agile methodologies and have experience managing production incidents, job queues, and debugging. Familiarity with JIRA and other change management tools is beneficial. A solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is expected. Experience with Infor XA, including IDF Development and System Link, is considered an added advantage.
