This includes rigorous tracking of key milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original project plan. Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays within the artwork development workflow and implement effective solutions to mitigate them. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project progress, highlighting any challenges encountered and the solutions implemented. Share these insights regularly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure widespread awareness and engagement. Manage feedback loops efficiently, consolidating input to minimize unnecessary iterations and maintain optimal workflow efficiency.

Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is essential for effective task tracking, deadline management, and progress monitoring.
