With 12 to 15 years of experience in software or solution architecture, candidates should possess recent, in-depth exposure to Generative AI, agent technologies, and production integrations.

The evolution of systems from monolithic structures to modular, API-first roadmaps, including agent-ready interfaces, is a key aspect of this position.

Develop end-to-end AI and agentic designs, incorporating LLMs with tools, RAG for grounding, guardrails, and durable workflows for multi-step processes.

Prioritize high-value use cases, defining cloud/hybrid targets (AWS and/or Azure), model-agnostic patterns, and balancing cost and latency.

Integrate APIs and events for web, mobile, and agentic clients, creating goal-oriented machine-facing contracts and connecting with CRM and core platforms.

Implement robust security and access controls for users and automated actors, adhering to the principle of least privilege, audit trails, and secure secret management.

Establish comprehensive observability for quality, latency, cost, and abuse, alongside continuous evaluation and improvement loops for AI solutions.

Ensure compliance and ethical AI use, focusing on secure development, data minimization, and alignment with fintech regulatory expectations.

Demonstrate practical depth in AI/ML and agents, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex, and MLflow or equivalent cloud ML ops tools.

Possess strong cloud expertise, primarily in AWS and/or Azure, covering identity, networking, and observability services.

Have essential data skills, including batch/stream pipelines, data quality management, and ensuring timely data availability for models and agents.

Show proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, event-driven architecture, API gateways, and experience designing integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise systems alongside agent deployments.
