Design end-to-end AI and agentic solutions, incorporating LLMs, RAG, and durable workflows for complex, multi-step processes. Strategize and define technology stacks, prioritizing high-value use cases and making informed trade-offs on cost and latency. Ensure seamless integration with web, mobile, and agentic clients, as well as core platforms and CRMs. Implement robust security and access controls, adhering to the principle of least privilege for both users and automated agents.

Drive operational excellence through comprehensive observability for quality, latency, and cost. Champion compliance and ethical AI practices, aligning with fintech and regulatory expectations. Develop modular, API-first roadmaps for system evolution, ensuring agent readiness.

A proven track record of 12-15 years in software and solution architecture is essential, with significant recent experience in Generative AI, agentic systems, and production integrations. Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) is required. Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure, including identity, networking, and observability services, is crucial. You must possess a strong understanding of data pipelines, quality, and the timely provision of data for AI models and agents.

Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and API gateways is necessary. Familiarity with enterprise systems and CRMs like Salesforce is also key. A comprehensive understanding of security, access control, and compliance within the fintech landscape is paramount.
