Seeking a seasoned Full Stack Architect with expertise in MERN stack and Generative AI to drive innovative solution design and development. This role involves architecting, designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of contemporary technologies. A strong understanding of the Life Sciences domain, particularly Pharma and R&D, is essential.

Responsibilities include leading solution design, conducting POCs, and hands-on development for full stack MERN solutions. You will be responsible for database design and updates, client presentations, and ensuring the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of innovative solutions align with requirements. This includes defining and ensuring adherence to non-functional requirements and schedules, troubleshooting issues, and devising best-fit solutions.

Key activities involve system and platform integration, leading solutioning for clients, and acting as a technology owner for large programs. Strong business and technology decision-making skills are paramount.

Candidates should possess 10-12 years of experience with a proven track record in architecture and leadership, delivering end-to-end solutions. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, RAG-related Generative AI technologies, middleware, open-source technologies, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Marklogic, and AWS cloud infrastructure is required. Domain knowledge in Life Sciences (Pharma and R&D) is mandatory. Experience with solution design, database design, client presentations, system integration, and platform integration is crucial.
