This role is instrumental in shaping the market by driving modernization solutions with a deep focus on technology and service offerings specific to Microsoft Consulting Services Domains. You will guide large, complex projects from pre-sales through delivery oversight, ensuring architectural and technical success for our clients. Your expertise will enable customers to overcome challenges, optimize critical processes, and achieve their objectives.

Drive and accelerate the production of cloud solutions aligned with customer and Microsoft strategies. Lead innovative digital transformation and modernization projects. Provide expert guidance on solution envisioning, benefits realization, workload definition, and project scoping. Ensure a positive customer experience through high-quality delivery on complex deals, demonstrating technical leadership, clarity, energy, and success. Contribute to business strategy through risk assessment, proposal review, and identification of new service development opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.

Ensure successful solution deployments by verifying business value and customer/partner satisfaction. Technically lead Microsoft and partner teams to secure the delivery of solutions within scope. Foster business growth through mentoring, talent development, community evangelism, and knowledge sharing within the Azure community. Transform services opportunities into projects by strategically selling applicable Microsoft Services Offerings. Provide critical guidance and support on scope definition and solution architecture during the sales cycle to secure winning proposals. Drive operational excellence and innovation, contributing to increased Microsoft value for customers.

A minimum of 12 years of related IT experience is required, with at least 5 years specifically in solution architecture for enterprise-class customers. Demonstrated leadership in a solution architecture role is essential. Proven expertise in pre-sales and deal closing, along with a track record of delivering the full project lifecycle, is necessary. A strong understanding of holistic infrastructure solutions, design, and architecture is critical.

Essential technical expertise includes deep domain knowledge in cloud infrastructure (subscription design, identity management, networking, storage, monitoring, compute), Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), and Zero Trust Security. Proficiency in application architecture, migrating infrastructure services to Azure (IaaS/PaaS), greenfield deployments, and infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code is required. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VNet, ExpressRoute, vWAN) and OSS, Docker Containers, Kubernetes, and related architectures is also a must. Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub) and integrated development environments (Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code) is essential.
