Join Capgemini Engineering as a Solution Architect specializing in GE Proficy/TrakSYS MES. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of GE Proficy and/or TrakSYS MES platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MES/MOM solutions. Configure capabilities such as Production Management, Quality Management, Traceability, and OEE Monitoring. Design critical integrations between MES, ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, SCADA, PLCs, and enterprise data platforms. Drive digitization initiatives focused on operational excellence and smart factory transformation. Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and guide testing and deployment activities. Ensure successful solution delivery by partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and IT teams.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, MOM, or Digital Manufacturing is required. Proven hands-on experience implementing and architecting GE Proficy and/or TrakSYS MES solutions is essential. Strong understanding of hybrid manufacturing processes within the Consumer Products, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Distribution industries is necessary. Experience integrating MES with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, along with shop-floor systems, is expected. Solid knowledge of ISA-95, OEE, MOM, MES, and Industry 4.0 frameworks is crucial. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, industrial communication protocols, reporting, and manufacturing analytics is beneficial. Experience with industrial automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, and Historians is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills are a must.
