We are seeking a seasoned GenAI and Agentic AI Architect with extensive, hands-on experience in AWS AI/ML services, multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and cloud-native engineering. This pivotal role focuses on designing and implementing robust, secure, and scalable GenAI solutions leveraging AWS AgentCore, AWS Bedrock, AWS Strands SDK, vector databases, and Python-based agentic AI frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include establishing reference architectures, developing cutting-edge solutions, guiding intricate implementations, and promoting the adoption of advanced GenAI and agentic methodologies throughout enterprise systems.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and production-grade Generative AI solutions on AWS. Develop and deploy multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration strategies. Utilize AWS AgentCore, AWS Bedrock, and AWS Strands SDK for advanced AI implementations. Integrate and manage vector databases for efficient AI data handling. Lead complex cloud-native engineering projects, ensuring best practices are followed. Define and document reference architectures for GenAI and agentic AI solutions. Drive the adoption of advanced AI patterns across the organization.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in AI/ML architecture and engineering. Deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI principles and applications. Proven hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, including Bedrock, AgentCore, and Strands SDK. Strong understanding of multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration. Proficiency in cloud-native engineering and Python development. Experience with vector databases and their integration into AI solutions. Ability to architect and lead the implementation of complex, enterprise-grade AI systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive adoption and define strategies.
