We are seeking a proactive individual contributor who can collaborate effectively with clients and take ownership of their work. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential for this position.

Engage in comprehensive solution design and guide developers. Manage all project communications, including status reporting and action item tracking. Participate actively in development and ongoing support activities.

Execute and verify unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and UAT. Drive enhancements for existing programs and components. Monitor batch jobs and resolve abends promptly. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Proven experience in Mainframe Development and Support is required. Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, and IDMS is essential.
