Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for connected products, utilizing commercial and open-source tools.Lead comprehensive test case design, automation development, and execution across various product releases and platforms.

Develop innovative testing solutions and proposals, encompassing test strategy, effort estimation, resource planning, and governance.

Collaborate closely with product engineering, firmware, platform, cloud, and customer teams to guarantee superior product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Drive the adoption of modern testing methodologies, automation best practices, and quality engineering principles.Perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), defect triaging, and implement continuous process improvements.

A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in Product Testing, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation is required.

Demonstrated expertise in testing connected devices such as Gateways, Routers, STBs, Smart TVs, Smart Home Devices, and IoT platforms is essential.

Proven proficiency in building and scaling automation frameworks using technologies like Python, Robot Framework, PyTest, Selenium, or Appium.

Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Testing, and Quality Engineering practices is crucial.Familiarity with product certification standards, security testing, interoperability validation, and regulatory compliance processes is expected.

Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills are vital for success in this role.
