Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are critical. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary. Expertise in enterprise data architecture, modern data platforms (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake), data engineering (Spark, Databricks, Kafka), and database platforms is crucial.
