This is a pivotal role for experienced professionals passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering end-to-end solutions. You will be instrumental in driving the technical execution of complex client projects, embedding AI-native thinking into our delivery models. The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical expertise and champion solutions that deliver significant client value, acting as a strategic link between clients and our delivery teams.

Spearhead AI-first delivery by integrating intelligent automation into workflows and leading the end-to-end execution of complex, scalable projects. Drive engineering excellence through reusable components and best practices, overseeing technical execution across multiple engagements. Collaborate with clients to define strategies and delivery plans, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You'll also step into at-risk projects to assess issues and establish recovery paths, ensuring high-quality architecture, secure coding, and adherence to modern methodologies like Agile and DevOps.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 years in software/solution engineering, including at least 10 years in Architect and Delivery leadership roles. Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects is essential, along with a strong grasp of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are critical. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Expertise in enterprise data architecture, modern data platforms, data engineering for large-scale processing, database platforms, AI-driven data engineering, and AI/advanced analytics enablement is highly valued.
