Drive engineering excellence through reusable components and accelerators, while overseeing technical execution across multiple projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies, manage risks, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Optimize delivery models for AI-native execution and be prepared to recover at-risk projects.

Champion high-quality engineering, enforcing standards for code, architecture, and performance. Implement secure coding, TDD, and observability practices, fostering a culture of learning and technical rigor. Drive innovation in delivery methods, assets, and tools to enhance efficiency and promote best practices.

Engage with clients using design thinking to create user-centric solutions. Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles and actively participate in pre-sales activities, including estimates, proofs-of-concept, and technical proposals. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and deliver ongoing value.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and upholding technical standards. Provide constructive feedback and support team development. Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable solution delivery through rigorous quality checks and adherence to best practices.

A minimum of 16 years in software/solution engineering, with 8-12 years in architect and delivery leadership roles, is required. Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects and a strong understanding of modern delivery methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and DevOps are essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are paramount. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Expertise spans Full Stack Application Engineering, AI-Driven Application Development, Cloud-Native Architecture on Azure, and DevOps, Platform & Developer Productivity. Proficiency in areas such as AI model integration, prompt engineering, cloud services (Azure), IaC tools (Bicep, Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is crucial.
