We are seeking seasoned professionals with over 20 years in software/solution engineering, including 10-15 years in architect and delivery leadership roles. A proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects and a strong grasp of modern delivery methodologies like Agile and DevOps are essential.

Expertise spans full-stack application engineering (React, Angular, Next.js, Blazor, .NET, Java, Node.js, Python), microservices, distributed systems, and various databases. Proficiency in AI-driven application development is crucial, including extensive hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and applying Responsible AI principles.

Deep experience with cloud-native architectures on Azure (App Service, AKS, Functions, API Management, Entra ID) and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, IaC) is required. Skills in solutioning, pre-sales, and technical leadership, coupled with strong client engagement and problem-solving abilities, are paramount. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is expected.
