Join Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) as an Architect for AI Business Solutions. This global team comprises experts in sales, industry, security, data science, and engineering, dedicated to empowering Microsoft's strategic clients. We collaborate with partners to craft bespoke, industry-specific solutions that address complex challenges and drive digital and AI transformation journeys powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI.

This role is integral to guiding customers through their AI adoption, focusing on repeatable and cutting-edge solutions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping how organizations leverage AI to achieve their business objectives.

As an Architect, you will assess customer AI readiness across identity, data, and security, identifying gaps for scalable Copilot and agent adoption. You'll translate business needs into end-to-end solutions using Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility. Responsibilities include socializing solution approaches, maintaining feedback loops with Product Engineering, and partnering with account teams to shape solution plays and manage technical risks.

You will design and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions using structured methodologies, owning architectural documentation and communicating end-to-end architectures. Leading cost- and technology-based discussions, you'll apply business value principles to prioritize ROI and operational efficiency. Collaboration with Project Managers is key for governance, testing, deployment, and piloting. You will also validate delivered business value, direct test strategies, and collaborate with bid teams on costed approaches, ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 14 years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience will be considered, as will equivalent experience. A strong background in delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications with a Global Systems Integrator, IT Vendor, or Microsoft Partner is essential.

Proficiency in end-to-end IT solution delivery, including estimation, proposal development, requirements, business process modeling, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations, is highly valued. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, M365, and Copilot Studio solutions across various industries is a significant advantage. Expertise in building or extending solutions using M365 Copilot and hands-on Copilot Studio experience are preferred. Furthermore, strong capabilities in Low Code architecture, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, environment strategy, DLP, governance frameworks, ALM, and enterprise maturity model implementation, are crucial for success in this role.
