Architect and design scalable AI and agentic solutions leveraging Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Assess customer AI readiness, identify gaps, and translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.

Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize solution approaches, validate feasibility, and ensure successful adoption and operational impact.

Own architectural documentation, including design specifications, integration contracts, and operational runbooks, ensuring traceability from business outcomes to agent behaviors.

Lead cost and technology discussions, applying business value principles to prioritize ROI and operational efficiency.

Drive the development and execution of test strategies, quality standards, and release planning for agentic workloads.

Contribute to the continuous evaluation and evolution of architectural approaches based on field learnings and responsible AI guidance.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 14 years in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 12+ years of equivalent experience is acceptable.

Demonstrated experience with a Global Systems Integrator, IT Vendor, or Microsoft Partner, delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications.

Strong hands-on background in Business Applications and CRM solution delivery across medium to large enterprises is required.

Expertise is expected across the full lifecycle of IT Solutions Delivery, including estimation, proposal development, requirements, business process modeling, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Proven delivery experience on Power Platform, M365, and Copilot Studio solutions across various industries is essential. Proficiency using GitHub Copilot or similar tools to accelerate development and support modern DevOps workflows is highly valued.

Strong capability in Low Code architecture, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, along with experience in environment strategy, DLP, governance frameworks, and ALM implementation. Hands-on experience in implementing and leading architecture and solution design efforts in areas such as M365 extensibility and Copilot-enabled experiences, Low Code AI Solutions, Azure integrations, security, compliance, identity, and Responsible AI is crucial.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to influence across global, multi-geography delivery models.
