Join Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) as an Architect for AI Business Solutions, a global team dedicated to empowering strategic customers worldwide. This role is pivotal in shaping deals, leading technical delivery, and fostering innovation across diverse industries.

This role involves extensive pre-sales collaboration, understanding business requirements, and providing expert technical and industry insights to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). You will also lead technical delivery, guiding customers and partners in adopting and optimizing Microsoft solutions. Key responsibilities include project planning, risk identification, communication of business value, and managing complex escalations. Additionally, you will act as an ambassador for intellectual property (IP) consumption, drive business development by identifying opportunities for cloud and AI adoption, and stay current with new technologies and industry trends. Operational excellence and adherence to Microsoft policies are also essential components of this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required, coupled with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant business area. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of leadership experience and relevant technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics) or Delivery Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Project Management).
