We are seeking an experienced Architect/SME to lead enterprise-level web application development. This role involves hands-on contributions to building and supporting robust applications, leveraging modern technologies and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular. A strong understanding of cloud environments and messaging systems is essential for success in this position.

You will be instrumental in designing and developing enterprise-level web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. This includes hands-on experience with React JS, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, caching mechanisms, and message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities also encompass working within a Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment, contributing to Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CICD) processes, and integrating various backend systems. Leading a team, managing onshore and offshore development, and collaborating closely with clients, architects, and front-end developers to define and implement integration strategies are key aspects of this role.

This position requires a minimum of 15 years of extensive development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects. A very strong command of Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies is mandatory.

Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, is crucial. A thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, along with experience in popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux, is expected. Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and yarn is also required.

Candidates must demonstrate experience with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries. The ability to architect enterprise-level solutions for complex business problems involving multiple systems, coupled with strong design concepts for Web, Cloud, and Microservice Application development, is essential. Experience with Spring Security and SSO solutions, SOA, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and database applications like Oracle and MySQL, along with SQL, JDBC, and ORM tools, is expected.

Proven experience in providing sizing and scalability recommendations, solving connectivity and deployment issues, and understanding API Gateway, service mesh, and inter-service communication patterns are also key requirements. Experience using Agile development methodologies is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration and client interaction.
