Lead development efforts as a technical architect, providing robust architectural solutions and guiding the team's development activities. Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to non-functional requirements (NFRs). Manage team dynamics and employ scrum methodologies. Ensure compliance with all company policies and directives, including those related to work location, assignments, and flexible arrangements.

Requires a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 12 years in Java API and Java-based development, including significant experience with React Native for the frontend. Must have hands-on coding proficiency and a strong background in MVC, SOA, and high-configurability applications. Experience with AI/ML projects, model building, Python, and cloud computing technologies like AWS is essential. Solid experience in full-stack development using Java backend and React/React Native frontend, along with expertise in waterfall and agile practices, is required. Proven ability to lead DevOps tool setup for CI/CD and CT, and knowledge of cloud/distributed architecture patterns are necessary. Candidates should possess strong analytical, object-oriented programming, and research-oriented skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead, optimize code, maintain design practices, and innovate.
