Lead the technical architecture and solution design for enterprise Salesforce programs. Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions. Design data models, security frameworks, and large-data-volume strategies.

Provide hands-on technical leadership across Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and platform automation. Architect and implement integrations with external systems using various technologies. Define and uphold development best practices and coding standards.

Conduct design and code reviews, guide junior developers, and support all phases of the SDLC, including deployment and production support. Optimize solutions for performance, security, and maintainability.

Minimum 12 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Salesforce architecture and implementation. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Solution Architect is essential.

Expertise in core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and configuration. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, SFDX, and deployment tools.

Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft) and Salesforce security models. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies is required. Experience with specific domains like healthcare or finance is a plus.
