Define and drive the architectural vision and technology strategy for TechOpsHub, aligning with enterprise objectives and future roadmaps. Design scalable, secure, cloud-native, and AI-enabled solutions for business-critical platforms and decision intelligence capabilities. Champion AI-first innovation using Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to deliver tangible business value. Establish and enforce best practices in engineering, architecture, security, and DevSecOps to ensure platform reliability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Business leaders to define roadmaps, tackle complex technical challenges, and accelerate delivery. Mentor architects and senior engineers, lead architecture reviews, and cultivate a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Possess over 10 years of technology experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in architecture roles. Demonstrated experience leading architecture for data-intensive and business-critical platforms. Extensive expertise with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure. Solid hands-on software engineering background, including designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications. Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, databases, messaging, and integration architecture. Proven ability to influence technical decisions across diverse teams and stakeholders.
