Seeking a seasoned Windchill Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in large-scale Windchill application suites. This role demands hands-on expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and migration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PLM, ThingWorx, and related adjacent applications, including Issue Management and Risk & Regulatory solutions.

This position requires a strategic thinker capable of driving solution design, managing technical documentation, and implementing industry best practices. You will be instrumental in integrating Windchill with critical upstream and downstream systems like CAD, ERP, and MES, while also demonstrating proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. A deep familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies is essential for managing complex workstreams.

Lead the technical project management for Windchill suite applications, ensuring successful customization, configuration, and migration initiatives.

Oversee solution design, technical documentation, and the implementation of customer-specific practices.

Drive integration efforts with upstream and downstream systems, including CAD, ERP, and MES, ensuring seamless data flow and service access.

Apply expertise in DevOps (CI/CD) to enhance deployment processes.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, utilizing Scrum of Scrums for multi-workstream coordination.

Collaborate closely with customer functional teams to clarify user stories and requirements, ensuring deliverables align with functional designs.

Ensure project outcomes meet customer expectations for performance and data integrity.

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in managing large and complex Windchill application suites is required.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Windchill customization, configuration, and migration is essential.

Strong proficiency in Windchill PLM, ThingWorx, and related products, along with adjacent application knowledge (e.g., Issue Management, R&RM).

Proven ability in solution design, configuration decisions, and technical documentation.

Experience with integrating Windchill with upstream/downstream applications (CAD, ERP, MES, MDM, PIM) is critical.

Sound exposure and expertise in DevOps (CI/CD) practices.

Well-versed in Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies, with experience managing multiple workstreams via Scrum of scrums.

Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills are a must.
