This Architect role is pivotal for leading comprehensive QA delivery within a client program of significant scale and commercial intensity. - Drive QA delivery for designated application portfolios, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. - Oversee release cycles, test execution, and sign-off processes across multiple workstreams. - Track and report key delivery metrics, including defect density, automation coverage, and SLA adherence. - Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. - Participate effectively in client discussions and governance forums. - Define and govern test automation strategies, including framework selection and CI/CD integration. - Expand automation coverage and reduce manual regression dependency. - Evaluate and implement new testing tools and approaches, including AI capabilities. - Lead and mentor a distributed team of Test Leads and Engineers. - Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and drive targeted upskilling initiatives. - Foster a culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with client and technical stakeholders.

- Possess 16–20 years of extensive experience in software testing and QA, with a minimum of 4 years in a dedicated delivery leadership capacity. - Demonstrate proven experience managing large QA teams, exceeding 50 resources, within managed services or outsourced delivery models. - Exhibit a solid understanding of test metrics, Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, and client governance protocols. - Showcase excellent communication and adept stakeholder management skills. - Have prior experience working with global clients in Enterprise IT domains.
