As an Archer Lead, you will design and develop solutions on the Archer/Metrics IRM platform, configuring use cases to meet diverse GRC requirements. You will guide and lead configuration efforts, implementing best-in-class solutions that may include custom development and integrations. Your role involves understanding business needs, providing effective solutions, and contributing to the development of new use cases and documentation.

You will collaborate with various teams, participate in design sessions, and ensure adherence to organizational implementation methodologies and SDLC targets. Your contributions will be vital in extending the capabilities of existing RSA Archer/Metrics use cases and identifying future opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Archer/Metrics IRM Lead with a minimum of 12 years of experience in platform design and team leadership. Essential skills include configuring and developing solutions on the Archer/Metrics IRM platform, as well as a strong understanding of GRC principles.

Candidates should be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating supporting documentation, and interacting effectively with stakeholders. A proven ability to follow implementation methodologies and adhere to cost, delivery, and quality targets within the SDLC is crucial for success in this role.
