As an Archer Lead, you will leverage your expertise to configure, develop, and enhance our Archer/Metrics IRM platform. You will play a pivotal role in implementing best-in-class GRC solutions, bridging business requirements with technical capabilities.

Lead and guide the configuration of Archer/Metrics use cases to meet dynamic GRC requirements. Implement out-of-the-box configurations, custom developments, and integrations, identifying future needs. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Develop new RSA Archer/Metrics use cases and enhance existing ones, creating supporting documentation.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Actively participate in design sessions and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Adhere to established cost, delivery, and quality targets throughout the SDLC.

We are looking for an Engineer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience with the Archer/Metrics platform. Proven ability to configure and develop solutions on the Archer/Metrics IRM platform is essential. Experience leading and guiding the configuration of GRC use cases in a complex environment is required.

Familiarity with organizational implementation methodologies and a strong understanding of business requirements to provide effective solutions are key. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to contribute to organizational objectives and participate effectively in design sessions.
