Join our team as an Apriso MES Machine Integrator, a crucial role focused on connecting the shop floor with our DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This position is key to enabling real-time machine connectivity, efficient data collection, and robust production monitoring.

You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication between manufacturing equipment and our enterprise applications, driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing machine integrations within DELMIA Apriso MES, and configuring communication channels for PLCs, SCADA systems, and machines. You will develop interfaces using various protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and REST APIs. Integrating Apriso with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics is also a core part of this role.

Further duties involve configuring data collection for production tracking, OEE, and quality management. You will maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and participate actively in MES deployment and testing phases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards like GMP and FDA are essential.

We seek a skilled Machine Integrator proficient in connecting shop floor equipment to the DELMIA Apriso MES. Essential technical skills include experience with OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SOAP, and TCP/IP. Familiarity with industrial protocols and ERP system integration (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is required.

Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting capabilities across MES, automation, network, and database layers.
