Seeking a skilled Apriso MES Machine Integrator to bridge the gap between shop floor operations and enterprise systems. This role is crucial for establishing real-time connectivity, enabling comprehensive data collection, and ensuring robust production monitoring through the DELMIA Apriso MES.

Responsibilities will involve configuring and supporting seamless communication channels for PLCs, SCADA systems, and various machines. You will develop essential interfaces using modern protocols like OPC UA and MQTT, alongside traditional methods such as REST APIs and SOAP.

The integration extends to major ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. A key focus will be on setting up and managing machine data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime monitoring, and quality management processes. Accurate technical documentation and support procedures are also vital components of this position.

Design, develop, and implement robust machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES. Configure and maintain communication pathways between PLCs, SCADA systems, machines, and Apriso applications. Develop critical interfaces utilizing OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SOAP, TCP/IP, and various industrial protocols. Seamlessly integrate Apriso with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. Set up and manage machine data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime monitoring, and quality management workflows. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, interface specifications, and support procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues spanning MES, automation, network, and database layers. Actively participate in MES deployment, upgrade, testing, and validation phases. Collaborate effectively with manufacturing engineers, automation specialists, and business stakeholders to define project requirements. Ensure adherence to GMP, GxP, FDA, ISO, and cybersecurity standards where applicable.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing machine integrations specifically with DELMIA Apriso MES. Proficiency in configuring and supporting communication between PLCs, SCADA systems, machines, and Apriso applications is essential.
