As an Applied Solutions Architect within the Go-To-Market team, you will be the crucial technical link between customer business challenges and Google's engineering capabilities. Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements, design scalable systems, and develop real-world applications through coding.

Your work will focus on engineering Proof-of-Value (PoV) products designed for seamless integration into existing customer systems. You'll prioritize the final production state from the outset, championing AI and cloud-native solutions to ensure they are not only conceptually sound but also function flawlessly in enterprise environments.

Lead in-depth technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customer requirements and their existing technology environments. Design comprehensive system architectures and conduct iterative workshops with stakeholders to finalize project scope, always keeping the ultimate end-state in view.

Seamlessly transition from high-level architectural concepts to intricate low-level implementation details. Actively engage in coding, building, and deploying cloud systems, ensuring that technical designs are translated into functional and integrated solutions.

Architect and engineer robust enterprise-grade AI solutions, including agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and applied foundation models. Support these solutions with highly scalable, cloud-native infrastructure such as event-driven microservices, containerized workloads, and serverless compute.

Develop functional PoV products that integrate into customers' current systems to demonstrate tangible business value. Ensure all developments strictly adhere to engineering best practices, security standards, and scalability guidelines, facilitating a smooth transition to production.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is essential. You should have at least 4 years of experience in cloud-native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support capacity. Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms and building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems is also required. The ability to engage with and present to technical stakeholders and executive leaders is crucial for success in this role.
