This role offers the opportunity to lead the technical strategy, design, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML and Agentic solutions. You will transform legacy Finance processes into intelligent, AI-native workflows, building autonomous systems that enhance efficiency across Google's Finance organization.

This position requires a deep understanding of advanced ML and Agentic tools to design, develop, and deploy large-scale solutions for diverse financial processes, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the technical design of multi-agent workflows using ML and Gemini LLMs to address intricate financial problems. You will build, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI agents, collaborating with senior developers on robust system architectures.

Responsibilities extend to taking prototypes from development to scaled production systems, designing and deploying high-availability model endpoints. A critical aspect involves implementing rigorous evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure accuracy and eliminate biases in automated financial decision-making.

We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics for product or business problems, including coding (Python, R, SQL) and database querying, is essential. A PhD in a quantitative discipline or 1 year of experience building agentic systems is also valued.

Preferred qualifications include 4 years of experience in product analytics, coding, and statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD. Experience in regulated financial or audit domains is advantageous, as is demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML models with modern monitoring tools.
