Join our dynamic team as an Applications L2/L3 Support & Maintenance Engineer specializing in OpenText RightFax. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the stability, performance, and security of enterprise faxing solutions.

You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our RightFax environment, ensuring seamless operations for business users. This position requires a proactive approach to issue resolution and a commitment to maintaining high standards of system availability.

Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for RightFax applications and faxing services within SLA timelines.

Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and proactively monitor application performance, integrations, and system health.

Perform routine maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and system optimization, while managing application health checks and mitigating performance bottlenecks.

Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools, coordinating effectively with infrastructure, database, and network teams for seamless issue resolution.

Handle user and access administration, including account creation, modification, and managing fax routing configurations, while serving as the primary liaison with OpenText/RightFax vendor support for complex challenges.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, possessing a minimum of 5 years of application support experience and at least 3 years dedicated to RightFax administration.

Demonstrated expertise in RightFax Enterprise Manager, fax server administration, routing, integrations, and user administration is essential. A strong foundation in Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, SMTP, and basic networking principles is required.

Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy and experience with application monitoring tools are highly beneficial. Desired skills include PowerShell scripting, High Availability/Disaster Recovery configurations, and vendor management. Experience with ERP, EMR/EHR, or Document Management integrations is a plus.
