Provide essential L2/L3 support for RightFax applications, managing incidents, service requests, and production issues within service level agreements. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventative measures. Oversee day-to-day administration, performance monitoring, and proactive health checks of the RightFax environment. Participate actively in maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and system optimization, ensuring high availability and performance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years in application support and 3 years of dedicated RightFax administration. Candidates must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in RightFax Enterprise Manager, Fax Server Administration, and various integrations is essential. Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and email systems is also a must.
