This role is centered around providing robust application support to ensure business continuity and high availability, meeting defined SLAs.

Key duties include delivering Level 2 support for business applications, investigating problem trends to identify root causes, and proposing effective solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely fulfillment of business data requirements, leveraging your understanding of electric vehicle charging and energy business processes.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science Engineering from a reputable institute, coupled with 2-5 years of experience in L2 operations support.

Essential skills include a solid understanding of business capabilities, processes, and technology landscapes, with in-depth experience supporting portal applications and working with Oracle/SQL databases. Proficiency in writing custom SQL queries and stored procedures is required, along with familiarity with ETL and middleware technologies. The ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, strong presentation and documentation skills, and knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL are also vital. Experience with software delivery lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies within a DevOps context, is expected.
