Provide L2/L3 support for RightFax applications, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis. Conduct regular maintenance, including patching and upgrades, to ensure optimal system performance. Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ITSM tools, coordinating with various technical teams. Administer user accounts and fax numbers, and manage access requests. Serve as the primary liaison with OpenText/RightFax vendor support, and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures and compliance.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years in application support and 3+ years specifically administering and supporting RightFax. Proficiency in RightFax functionalities, Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and email systems is essential. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy is expected. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are vital for stakeholder management and issue resolution.
