NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Application Support & Maintenance professional specializing in RightFax to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is crucial for supporting healthcare providers in radiology operations, focusing on PACS administration, advanced imaging systems, and modality integrations.

Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 support for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely incident resolution and SLA adherence. You will also manage application monitoring, proactive maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades. Coordinating application changes, assessing impacts, and planning rollbacks are essential. Effective communication with business users, IT teams, and vendors is required to resolve issues and drive enhancements. Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and data privacy standards is paramount.
Specifically, this role involves supporting PACS administration, including DICOM routing, image lifecycle management, and multi-site workflows. You will manage advanced visualization and post-processing systems, troubleshoot modality connectivity, and HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces. Experience with various radiology systems like Visage 7 and AMICAS PACS is expected.
This position requires a dedicated on-site presence at our NTT Data offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Noida, operating on a 24x7 shift roster. Strong technical aptitude in supporting radiology operations and COTS healthcare applications is essential.
Demonstrated skills in PACS administration, DICOM routing, and image lifecycle management are key. You should possess the ability to manage advanced visualization systems and integrate radiology modalities with PACS, VNA, EMR, and workstations. Experience with image viewers, DICOM utilities, and troubleshooting connectivity/interface issues is necessary. A solid understanding of radiation dose tracking and imaging protocol management is also required.
Familiarity with specific radiology systems such as Visage 7, AMICAS PACS, ClickView, Enterprise Imaging, PICOM Enterprise, and DynaSuite Neuro is advantageous. Experience in incident, problem, change, and release management, along with strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills, is expected. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge articles and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations are critical aspects of this role.
