This position requires a full-time commitment and involves working from the office on all days, adhering to a 24x7 shift roster. Opportunities are available across NTT Data offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Noida.
Provide expert L2/L3 support for COTS healthcare applications, focusing on incident and problem management to ensure service restoration and SLA adherence. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, performing regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Manage application changes, including configurations, patches, and upgrades, through controlled release processes. This involves conducting impact analyses and developing rollback plans.
Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and handle escalations, especially within regulated healthcare workflows.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation, ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
Possess strong skills in PACS administration, including DICOM routing, modality worklists, image lifecycle management, and multi-site imaging workflows. Experience with advanced visualization and post-processing systems is essential.
Demonstrate expertise in integrating radiology modalities (CT, MRI, US, NM) with PACS, VNA, EMR, and diagnostic workstations. Proficiency in supporting image viewers and DICOM utilities is required.
Have a solid understanding of radiation dose tracking, imaging protocol management, and compliance tools. Ability to troubleshoot modality connectivity, HL7/ORM/ORU interfaces, exam routing, and workstation performance issues is crucial.
Experience with Radiology systems such as Visage 7, AMICAS PACS, ClickView, Enterprise Imaging, PICOM Enterprise, or DynaSuite Neuro is highly valued.
This role demands an onsite presence in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with adherence to a 24x7 shift roster.
