NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Application Support & Maintenance Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and reliability of our enterprise applications. You will be instrumental in supporting integrations with various Microsoft services and other enterprise systems, contributing to the continuous improvement and seamless operation of our Power Apps solutions. This position requires a commitment to working from our ODCs in Noida and adhering to a 24x7 shift roster, including weekend support. Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 production support for Power Apps, encompassing both Canvas and Model-Driven applications. You will be tasked with monitoring application health, troubleshooting incidents, and performing root cause analysis to implement lasting solutions. This role also involves supporting application deployments, releases, and enhancements, ensuring data integrity and application security. Additionally, you will manage Power Platform environments, administer solutions, and support integrations with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and SQL Server. Maintaining knowledge articles, adhering to ITIL processes, and participating in on-call support are also integral aspects of this position.

Ideal candidates will possess 4-10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Power Apps solutions in production environments. A strong background in application maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting enterprise business applications is essential. Proficiency in core Power Platform skills, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform Administration, is required. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, M365), SQL Server, REST APIs, and development skills in JavaScript and JSON are also necessary. Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira for monitoring and support tools is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
