Key responsibilities include managing and resolving L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring service restoration within SLAs.

You will also be responsible for proactive application monitoring, routine maintenance, patch validation, and system upgrades. The role involves supporting application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.

Effective stakeholder and vendor coordination is crucial for issue resolution and enhancements, especially within regulated healthcare workflows. Maintaining essential documentation like knowledge articles and runbooks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and data privacy are also vital aspects of this position.

A strong foundation in supporting and maintaining applications is essential for this role.

Required technical expertise includes hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.

This position is situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. While many roles at NTT DATA offer flexible work options, on-site attendance may be required based on client needs and business requirements.
