Provide L2/L3 production support for the Rhapsody Integration Engine and related healthcare interfaces. Monitor Rhapsody routes, message queues, system health, and troubleshoot various message anomalies. Analyze HL7 messages, troubleshoot connectivity issues (TCP/IP, MLLP, HTTP/S, SFTP/FTP, web services), and reprocess messages after resolution. Support and configure Rhapsody components, including routes, filters, mappings, and transformations. Monitor server resources, application services, and logs, coordinating with multiple teams for incident resolution. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles, while also participating in on-call rotations.

Key tasks include: - Troubleshooting HL7 ACK/NAK and application-level rejections. - Supporting common HL7 message types (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM). - Performing interface configuration changes and deployments. - Coordinating with application, infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate possesses 4-8 years of experience in application support and maintenance, with a strong focus on the Rhapsody Integration Engine and HL7 standards.

Essential technical proficiencies include: - Hands-on experience with Rhapsody IDE, route management, communication points, filters, connectors, and message transformations. - Expertise in message tracking, error queue management, message reprocessing, and Rhapsody log analysis. - Proficiency in configuration deployment, environment promotion, monitoring, and operational administration. - A strong understanding of HL7 v2.x message structures and troubleshooting. - Experience with connectivity protocols such as TCP/IP, MLLP, HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP/FTP, and web services. - Familiarity with common HL7 message types like ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, and MDM.
