Key responsibilities include administering and supporting Nuance PowerScribe 360, managing user access, roles, and site configurations. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the PowerScribe to Epic to Visage/PACS reporting flow, investigate missing or delayed reports, and support system integrations.

This role also involves managing custom fields, supporting Peer Review and Quality Check functionalities, and handling all incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow. The position requires active participation in a 24x7 shift roster.

Ideal candidates possess strong experience in PowerScribe 360 administration and support. Essential skills include a solid understanding of radiology workflows and PACS, along with experience in Epic/EMR integration.

Proficiency in troubleshooting healthcare interfaces (ADT/Orders/Results) and prior experience with ServiceNow and production support are also required. This role mandates full-time, in-office presence on all working days in Noida.
