Provide expert L2/L3 production support for IBM Tivoli applications, including monitoring services, agents, and system health. Troubleshoot and resolve application failures and connectivity issues promptly.

Perform essential Tivoli service management tasks such as start/stop operations, configuration changes, and agent maintenance. Investigate alerts and production incidents using detailed log analysis.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and support system maintenance activities including patching and upgrades. Scripting in Shell and Python is key for automation and operational tasks.

Collaborate with database and network teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues. Manage incident and change tickets within ITSM frameworks and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.

Participate actively in on-call support rotations and major incident troubleshooting. Coordinate with IBM/vendor support for complex product challenges.

We are seeking an Application Support & Maintenance Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience, particularly in clinical EHR/EMR environments. A strong command of IBM Tivoli administration, configuration, and troubleshooting is essential.

Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, including advanced command-line operations and system troubleshooting, is required. Experience with Shell scripting (Bash/Korn) and Python for automation is necessary.

Fundamental knowledge of SQL for database connectivity and troubleshooting is expected. Solid understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, ports, and firewall configurations is crucial.

This role demands strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root cause analysis. Familiarity with ITSM processes and documentation is a plus.

This is an onsite position requiring adherence to a 24x7 shift roster in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
