Key tasks also involve supporting change and release processes, acting as a liaison with stakeholders and vendors, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards. Participation in a 24x7 shift roster is required.

We seek candidates with proven experience in the US Healthcare Provider domain, possessing a strong understanding of hospital workflows and operational support. Expertise in providing L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and related healthcare applications is essential. You should be adept at diagnosing and resolving application, interface, data, and workflow issues, managing ITIL processes, and conducting Root Cause Analysis. Collaboration with clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors is a key aspect of this role, as is ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
