This involves thorough investigation, troubleshooting, and timely resolution to meet service level agreements.

You will also proactively monitor application health, manage interfaces, and oversee batch job performance. Regular application maintenance, patch validation, and upgrade coordination with vendors and internal teams are key duties. Furthermore, you will support change and release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning, while maintaining robust documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with mandatory experience in the US Healthcare Provider domain, possessing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and operational support. Proficiency in providing L2/L3 production support for EHR, EMR, HIS, and other healthcare applications is essential, focusing on high availability and system reliability.

Key requirements include monitoring application performance, investigating and resolving incidents within SLA targets, and managing ITIL processes such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Experience diagnosing and resolving application, interface, data, integration, and workflow-related issues using logs and database queries is vital. Strong coordination skills with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, vendors, and internal IT teams are expected.
